From project initiation, public consultation and engagement, plan development, and stakeholder review and approval, KVC can lead your planning project from plan idea to Council/Board adoption.

KVC can help lead a community/project steering committee on plan conceptualization and goal-setting, establishing a plan focus, and developing a project charter for implementation. KVC utilizes focused and intentional engagement opportunities to guide plan development and generate iterative community feedback to develop plan policies and objectives. KVC can also act as a contracted lead project manager of a larger project consulting team on behalf of a local government.
