Development Application Support Services

Kettle Valley Consulting (KVC) has years of experience providing development application support services from project idea formulation, conceptualization and planning to local government approval. KVC has worked on both sides of the municipal government counter and understand the pressure on local planning departments, as well as the intersection with other municipal departments (engineering, works, parks, etc). KVC will work closely with private and not-for profit clients to understand their project goals and vision, determine appropriate land use and zoning, prepare application materials, and strategize the process approach to ensure approval.
