Industrial Subdivision (114 Acres) - Okanagan Falls
Kettle Valley Consulting was retained to provide land use planning and development application support services for the rezoning and subsequent subdivision of an 114 acre industrial property in Okanagan Falls, BC. Known locally as the ‘Weyerhaeuser Property’ due to its historical use as the community’s lumber mill, the property represents one of the last large, undeveloped industrial zoned properties in the entire Okanagan Valley (including the north Okanagan/Shuswap).
Kettle Valley Consulting’s activities will be to act as an agent of the landowner for all future land use applications, strategize on potential lot sizes and development servicing constraints, liaise with key stakeholders of the property, collaborate with the real estate and marketing team in the brand messaging of the development, and project manage the various engineering consultants required for the project.
