Multi-Unit Residential Building - Okanagan Falls Town Centre Development Permit
Kettle Valley Consulting was retained to provide advisory support services and agent representation for the submission of a Form and Character Development Permit in the Okanagan Falls Town Centre area.
Activities included review of the Electoral Area “D” Zoning Bylaw, Official Community Plan policies and Design Guidelines, and advisory services on the design of the building to the project architect (Beck Vale architects). The result was successful Development Permit issuance by the Regional District of Okanagan-Similkameen in July, 2020.
